Section 10

Money collected as fine and confiscated weapons, goods and things shall be deposited in the government treasury

Under this Act, money collected as fine and confiscated weapons, goods and things other than weapons and explosives and poisonous substances It will be the duty of the local authorities to sell the goods at auction and turn them into cash and deposit them in the local warehouse or Nepal Rastra Bank, as well as the weapons and explosives and poisons according to the prevailing Nepalese laws.
